Google Maps to simulate the outdoors?
Whether it's hard to get out of the house or you cannot get out what so ever. Virtual alternatives tend to be a miracle. I'm so glad I grew up in the tech central age because the majority of things are available online and if they aren't you better believe someone is going to make it.
I've been using Google maps lately after seeing another blogger talk about how it was fun to explore their neighbourhood or another country when you either can't go out at all or you can't go out as much as you'd like. I've explored a little bit of Hawaii and my neighbourhood. It was a lot of fun, I actually found a nearby park that I was able to visit in person and I've explored an outdoor mall(In most cases it has to be outdoor) I've only gone to a few times.
I made a whole little thing of the mall visit looking up a playlist the type of pop music they always play at malls and some background crowd noise. Whenever I came across a store I was interested in I looked it up online and browsed around. It was pretty awesome and a fun way to pass the time by. Next time I might order some food from one of the stores either from their website or uber eats or something just to make it more immersive. It was a lot of fun to me so I decided to share!
I hope this can help someone who is unable to leave their bed/house completely or partially.
