Pressure Cooker Tex Mex Rice

Kind of a Tex-Mex Rice Recipe?

Cooking can be so hard when you have limited energy! That’s why I wanted to share this filling meal that you can make in large quantities so that you don’t have to expend as much energy making food when your spoons are low. Instead you can just pop this baby in the microwave!  I guess I called it Tex Mex Rice because of the barbeque sauce and taco seasoning lol.
I actually forgot to measure how much I used *ashamed* I just grew up never measuring with utensils and just eyeing the portions…..so…..good luck? (Aheh sorry) I used things like precut and precooked foods, dehydrated food, and combination seasonings to spare my spoons.

[12 Ingredients]
1Lb Ground Beef
1 can of diced tomatoes
Dehydrated onions (I used the Badia brand)
1 can of precooked black beans
Barbecue sauce
Sugar I used 6-7 sugar packets
Chili, Garlic and salt seasoning
Taco seasoning (I used McCormick)
Shredded Cheese
Uncooked Rice
Roughly half a cup of water
Roughly 2 tbsp of Olive oil

[Directions]:
Add all these things into the pressure cooker and give it a good mix then set it on the meat setting. On my electric PC it took about 30 minutes to cook, walk away and come back when it’s done!
