Chair Gym

One of the things I missed when I had a relapse was dancing and doing yoga. Chronic illness limits your ability to move around and it can be a hard blow to have to lose simple pleasures like these.
A year or so later I found out about Chair Aerobics. Suddenly I could dance, do yoga, tai chi and enjoy work out videos!! I absolutely love my Chair gym,  it gives me something to look forward to
and its beneficial to my health. Being Chronically ill means a lot of time is spent sitting or laying down, if I can get my body moving and prevent atrophy then I will! Not to mention the instructors
always remind you to go at your own pace, some days I can only finish half a video and I take lots of
breaks every time - no shame in that!
